1. If customer is not able to pick up the purchased item(s) within the validity period, the items will not be retained, and Citybus & NWFB will not accept order cancellation or refund.
2. Customer should collect the items in person with order confirmation letter and proof of identity for the purpose of verification. We do not accept authorization on collecting the items by any means.
3. Citybus & NWFB shall endeavour to reproduce the exact appearance and colours of our items on this site as the physical products, we do not provide guarantee on this.
4. Customer should check and ensure the items are in order at pick up. Citybus & NWFB will not accept any exchange request afterwards.
5. Only damaged items can be replaced. Customers can only request replacement of the same item.
6. Citybus & NWFB reserves the right to determine the damaged items. If Citybus & NWFB determines that items to be of acceptable quality, customer is not entitled to have the items replaced.
7. Customer agrees and accepts that otherwise under normal circumstances, we would not accept any request for cancellation of orders or refunds.
8. Citybus and NWFB will not be responsible for the any delay, damage, loss or accidental theft of the goods during delivery if customers select to receive the products by courier. All payments cannot be refunded and the goods will not be replaced.
9. Citybus & NWFB reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
